Whibball is founded by father-son duo: carlos & luis guzman.
The father-son duo are passionate about their community & have a track record to prove it. Their charity, jaybie’s sports academy founded in 2003 has provided washington heights youth with a fun, healthy & safe environment for athletics & mentorship through baseball & basketball.

Jose Valdez is a dedicated expert in youth leadership development, fostering socialization and friendships in safe, fun environments for over 20 years.
His passion educates Washington Heights youth, and he excels in organizing sports tournaments, leagues, and managing events with great sportsmanship.
Jaybie’s Academy’s program is opened to children between the ages of 5 thru 18 years old. The program is offered five days a week and Saturdays. Hours of operation are between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:30pm, Monday thru Friday and 10:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays. All activities are developed to promote physical fitness activities, academic enhancements and sports practices.
